How to fund your account through a bank transfer/deposit?

Prerequisites

  • To make a transfer, you must have an active bank account. In order to make a direct deposit, you must head to the bank's counter and cash in your deposit there. 


Step by step Guide

  • Open the application.

  • After signing in from the home screen, tap the wallet button in the navigation bar.

  • Click the (+) sign/TopUp to deposit.

  • Choose one of the deposit methods:

           -You will find all the details or the information for Mint bank account.  


  •  To make a bank transfer:
  • For NBE customers, copy the account details and paste them into your NBE app while specifying the amount you wish to transfer.
  • Keep a screenshot of the transfer to confirm your payment.

  • Go back to mint app, upload the screenshot of the payment and fill in the remaining information to confirm your payment




  • To make a bank deposit:
  • Head to the nearest NBE branch
  • Deposit the cash at the counter
  • Keep a photo of the receipt  
  • Go back to mint app, upload the screenshot of the payment and fill in the remaining information to confirm your payment
                        



  • Once the transfer is submitted it will take up to 1 working day at most to be confirmed.
