Funding Account (InstaPay)

The user will fund his account through different methods and channels to start investing in the different financial instruments..

Prerequisites

• The user either has an Egyptian bank account in one of the banks in Egypt or he will have to deposit the cash on the counter in one of the banks.

Step by step Guide

• The user shall open the application.

• After signing in from the home screen, the user will click the wallet button in the navigation bar.

• The user will click the (+) sign/ TopUp to deposit.

• The user will choose one of the deposit methods:

  • Instapay

    • The user will take a copy of the bank account and company name.

    • The user shall use his Instapay account to transfer money.

    • We recommend the user to save our bank account int he favourites for future transfers.

    • The user shall take a screenshot from the transfer.

    • The user shall upload the receipt along with entering the amount and date of the transfer as a confirmation of the transfer and to facilitate tracking the payment.

• Once the transfer is submitted it will take up to 1 working hour to be confirmed.
